I could understand if, say, he were a janitor. But he’s been making good money for quite a while now. Surely Baby Ackles isn’t going to suck up 2 mil a year? ;-)
I just want him to win some awards, dammit. I want people to realize what a hell of an actor he is. I want him to do a tough movie based on excellent material and have people go, “Holy GOD, that guy is good. I never would have thought.” He’s great because he labors at his craft—when he could totally get away with phoning it in. And I want him to get the recognition he deserves for that.
